Synergia Retail Innovate was founded by Everaldo Valhe Soares, a seasoned retail executive with more than two decades of hands-on experience in large-scale retail operations in Brazil.

Throughout his career, Mr. Soares held progressive leadership roles at major retail chains, including Walmart and Sonae Distribution. He successfully managed hypermarkets with teams of up to 300 employees, led multiple store launches, and implemented operational improvements that significantly increased sales and efficiency.

After years of successfully running complex retail operations, Mr. Soares decided to bring his practical expertise to the United States. He founded Synergia Retail Innovate in Salt Lake City, Utah, with a clear mission: to help American small and medium-sized retailers overcome operational challenges, launch new stores successfully, and achieve sustainable long-term growth.

His deep understanding of store operations, supply chain management, team leadership, and customer experience allows Synergia to deliver real-world, results-driven consulting and training solutions tailored to the unique needs of U.S. retailers.
